Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Law, Claims Administration, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• 5-7 years of workers' compensation claims or program management experience.
• California workers' compensation expertise required.
• Onsite leadership and collaboration with Operations, HR, Safety.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TPA, insurance partners, and vendors for claims handling and service quality.
• Be the primary workers' compensation resource for plant operations onsite.
• Lead injury management and return-to-work programs with leadership.
• Collaborate with legal on complex claims and settlements.
• Conduct quarterly claim reviews and monitor KPIs to reduce costs and improve outcomes.
• Analyze injury trends and recommend corrective actions to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with workers' compensation laws and company policies.
