The Senior Safety Manager at Manhattan Construction Company will enforce safety, health, and environmental policies on construction projects and lead a team of safety professionals to reduce hazards and incidents.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, safety training, mentoring Safety Managers, maintaining records, and coordinating region-wide safety initiatives to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent safety experience.
• Certified safety professional credentials CHST/ASP/CSP or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of industry safety experience.
• First aid and CPR certified instructor.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident investigations and reporting.
• Develop and conduct staff and craft safety orientation training for the project.
• Provide mentorship and development to assigned Safety Managers.
• Maintain safety files and records for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with regional safety personnel on updates and events.
