Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction safety management.
• Knowledge of construction safety, Federal and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, and communicate the Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) to project personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety protocols align with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate daily with craft workers to promote safety ownership.
• Exercise Stop Work responsibilities to enforce policies and plans.
• Plan, prioritize, and problem-solve with field operations based on leading indicators.
