Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Senior Safety Leader to oversee the Safety and Health Management System at the Lebenon, IN project site. This role will coach and lead safety staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations and safety programs.

The position requires a Bachelor's in safety/health and 10+ years in construction safety, with strong regulatory knowledge and leadership skills to manage safety across multiple sites and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of safety and health in construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the Company Safety and Health Program.
• Oversee safety audits, inspections, and conversations.
• Investigate injuries and incidents and develop corrective actions.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies for safety performance.
• Coordinate safety meetings and training programs.
