Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Safety Project Manager to lead site safety on a large-scale project in Kokomo, IN. You will partner with contractors, vendors, and project leadership to ensure OSHA and company safety standards are met and to drive a strong safety culture.

You will conduct audits, investigations, risk assessments, and safety trainings, while maintaining daily safety reports and responding to emergencies. Strong experience with multi-contractor environments is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale construction/site safety.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Experience coordinating safety programs across 160+ subcontractors/vendors/third parties.
• Proven incident investigations, risk assessments, hazard analyses and site safety audits.
• Ability to lead safety orientations and safety meetings regularly.
• Strong contractor/subcontractor safety management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site safety operations for a large-scale project.
• Coordinate safety activities for subcontractors, vendors, contractors, and third-party personnel.
• Monitor and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Conduct routine site audits and verify permits and JSRAs.
• Investigate incidents and complete risk and hazard assessments.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Lead safety orientations and meetings 2x weekly.
• Prepare and maintain daily safety reports.
• Support EHS emergencies and participate in response activities.
• Drive a proactive Safety First culture across the project site.
• Partner with leadership to continuously improve workplace safety performance.
