Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Lead Safety to serve as a senior safety leader, driving safety strategy across field and office environments, mentoring teams, and coordinating safety practices. 30% travel required, including duties outside GA.

You will oversee regional programs, lead investigations, audits, and training, and represent the company in safety forums while promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in safety leadership or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and utility safety regulations.
• Proven ability to influence culture and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional or multi-site safety programs.
• Mentor and coach analysts and field safety specialists.
• Lead investigations for serious incidents and near-misses.
• Coordinate internal audits and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Develop and deliver safety training materials.
• Create strategic reports for senior leadership.
• Represent company in external safety forums and with regulators.
• Drive continuous improvement of safety metrics and practices.
• Lead implementation of new safety tools and systems.
• Foster a strong safety culture across all levels of the business.
