Qualifications

4+ years of business development or consultative sales experience in a technical or safety-related environment.
Demonstrated success selling into large enterprise organizations.
Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across business and technical functions.
Technical understanding of safety-related solutions; communicate value beyond products.
Working knowledge of OSHA and ANSI standards preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic account planning.
Expand relationships within strategic accounts across business units and stakeholders.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and bookings targets.
Lead a consultative sales process with deep discovery and value quantification.
Own the full lifecycle—from prospecting through negotiation and close; navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
