Job summary

DoorDash seeks a cross-functional operator to join the Safety Customer Experience team in Washington, DC. You will design scalable safety processes, own end-to-end incident handling, and translate ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.

You’ll partner with Product, Policy, Analytics, and Operations to drive data-driven decisions, influence across teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes in high-stakes situations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years of strategy & operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinker who can break down complex problems and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive Safety Strategy by identifying and executing initiatives to prevent and respond to safety incidents.
• Own end-to-end experience for safety incident handling, including reporting, workflows, and tooling.
• Leverage data to measure performance, identify root causes, and prioritize safety CX improvements.
• Influence cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and Operations to align safety needs.
