Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the safety team across remote and on-site functions
• Set SOP strategy and governance; drive compliance across Labs programs
• Own safety analytics and reporting; present trends and recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead incident command and rigorous root-cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Drive cross-functional safety programs with engineering, product, legal, and field operations
