Job summary

CSCI Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead and coach teams in a SAFe environment on a complex program.

The ideal candidate will drive PI planning, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, architects, and cybersecurity professionals to deliver solutions. You will foster continuous improvement, develop agile metrics, manage dependencies, and support product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of related professional experience.
• Certified ScrumMaster or Certified SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Strong experience coaching Scrum teams and delivering in SAFe and Agile environments.
• Experience leading teams using Agile Scrum or SAFe.
• Must be able to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance (active preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead Agile teams within a Scaled Agile Framework environment
• Facilitate PI Planning and define work and objectives
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, demonstrations and other ceremonies
• Support execution of work across Program Increments
• Coordinate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine backlog
• Identify and remove impediments affecting delivery
• Develop and maintain Agile delivery metrics
• Collaborate with architects and cybersecurity professionals to ensure communication
• Manage product-release activities and dependencies
• Support development of product roadmaps
• Promote continuous improvement and high-performing teams
