Job summary

Celestar Corporation in the National Capital Region seeks a Lead Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support DIA's OBIQUA initiative. This senior role requires active TS/SCI clearance and experience coaching SAFe across large IT programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior-level experience coaching Agile in complex IT environments.
• Advanced Agile Framework certification (e.g., SPC or RTE).
• Desired: 12+ years in the labor category; 17 years with master substitution.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAFe rollout across the program.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile Release Train (ART) events.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across Agile teams.
• Coach Government and contractor personnel on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Monitor Agile performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with program leadership and technical teams to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity across the program.
