Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Experienced Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Trains in Insurance transformation programs in the United States. You will drive PI Planning, ART execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across distributed teams.

You will excel at SAFe, Agile delivery, and program governance, with experience in Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Rally. Strong collaboration with Product Management and Architecture is essential.

Qualifications

12+ years IT delivery experience.
5+ years as an RTE or SAFe Program Leader.
Experience managing large Agile Release Trains with distributed teams.
Strong SAFe, Agile, Program Management, and Delivery Governance experience.
Insurance domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and manage program dependencies.
Track PI objectives, risks, issues, and release readiness.
Partner with Product Management, Architects, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders.
Drive SAFe adoption, Agile maturity, and continuous improvement.
