Job summary

Infosys is actively seeking a Technology Project Lead to drive SAFe-based program delivery for Financial Services, overseeing ARTs, PI Planning, and cross-team collaboration. You will coordinate with product and architecture stakeholders to align roadmaps with business objectives and ensure successful outcomes.

You will coach teams on Lean-Agile methodologies, monitor metrics, and manage risks while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in a SAFe environment and facilitating PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and program-level execution.
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and stakeholder communications for multiple Agile teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and SAFe tools including JIRA, Confluence, Rally, and Azure DevOps, with program reporting and delivery metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices while driving execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource gaps to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support SDLC processes and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and specifications.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and client requests; assist in effort estimation and approvals.
