Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and drive value delivery across multiple teams. You will mentor Scrum Masters and coaches, coordinate release planning, and escalate impediments to ensure on-time delivery with strong governance.

You will leverage Lean-Agile practices, metric-driven insights, and collaboration with PMO and product management to align strategy with execution in a large, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 10 years in Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master/PO/Agile PM.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Trains (ART) and act as tribe/team leader for other Release Train Engineers.
• Oversee large or multiple release trains with complex scope and inter-dependencies.
• Coordinate release planning and program-level delivery with stakeholders and customers.
• Use agile metrics and ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and performance.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and budget constraints within the ART and across trains.
