Capgemini in New York seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Trains and drive delivery of large-scale technology programs. You will champion SAFe practices, facilitate PI Planning, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure strategic outcomes.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in technology delivery with 5+ years in Agile leadership, plus strong stakeholder management and experience with Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, and TargetProcess.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology delivery experience with 5+ years in Agile leadership roles (RTE, Agile Program Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead).
- Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps, and Value Stream Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and technology delivery programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile Release Train (ART) execution and SAFe ceremonies.
- Facilitate PI Planning, dependency management, and ART alignment.
- Drive program delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business, product, architecture, and technology leaders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Track delivery performance, Agile maturity, and portfolio execution metrics.
