Job summary

Infosys Limited, a global leader in digital transformation, invites applications for a Technology Project Lead 1 in our Financial Services unit. You will lead SAFe Agile Release Trains, coordinate PI Planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and coach teams toward delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Experience leading Agile Release Trains in a SAFe environment with PI Planning and ART events.
Strong ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with SAFe tools and program reporting with delivery metrics.
Coaching teams and Product Owners on Lean-Agile practices and SAFe.
Ability to align program execution with strategic roadmaps and PI objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop project timelines and address resource gaps to ensure on-time delivery.
Serve as liaison between technical teams and clients with regular milestone reviews.
Support SDLC processes and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
Monitor deliverables across all phases and ensure quality benchmarks.
Assist in creating project budgets and securing client sign-offs.
Identify scope changes and assist in effort estimation and approvals.
