Job summary

McKesson is seeking a seasoned Release Train Engineer to serve as chief facilitator across multiple teams within the Retail Value Stream. You will enable alignment, execution, and continuous improvement under the SAFe Operating Model and Lean Portfolio Management framework.

In this role you will coach teams and leaders, manage dependencies, and drive data-driven decisions using AI-enabled analytics. The position emphasizes system-wide thinking and does not own product priorities or people

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Agile delivery or program delivery.
• Experience supporting Agile teams in a scaled environment and leading large cross-functional planning events.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning and dependencies management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate value stream and ART-level operating cadences (PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums).
• Lead large-scale cross-functional planning and execution events with multiple teams and priorities.
• Prepare for PI Planning by aligning priorities, capacity, dependencies, risks and backlog readiness.
