Job summary

McKesson is seeking a dedicated Shared Product Capabilities Value Stream Release Train Engineer to enable alignment, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple teams within the SAFe framework. You will coach teams and leaders, manage dependencies, and drive data-driven decisions for scalable value delivery.

You will operate within the SAFe model, applying Lean principles, predictive insights, and AI-enabled tools to optimize planning, sequencing, and execution while ensuring that

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant professional experience in Agile delivery or related field.
Experience supporting Agile teams in a scaled environment and leading large cross-functional planning.
Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, dependency management, flow and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design, facilitate, and improve value stream and ART operating cadences (PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, etc.).
Lead large-scale, cross-functional planning events with multiple teams and priorities.
Prepare teams for PI Planning by aligning priorities, capacity, dependencies, risks, objectives, and backlog readiness.
