Job summary
McKesson is seeking a dedicated Retail Value Stream Release Train Engineer to enable alignment and delivery across multiple teams within the Retail Suites SAFe framework. You will establish the operating cadence and coach teams to improve predictability and value delivery.
You will partner with Product, Technology, User Experience, Data, and leadership to optimize planning, dependencies, and risk management, using AI-enabled insights to guide decisions and sequencing for scalable outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Agile delivery or program management.
- Experience coordinating large cross-functional planning events.
- Strong SAFe, Lean, Scrum, Kanban knowledge.
- Advanced facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI planning and agile ceremonies at scale.
- Coordinate cross-team planning, risks, and dependencies.
- Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile practices.
- Track ART health, flow metrics, and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate across Product, Technology, UX, Data, and leadership.
- Apply AI-driven insights to improve sequencing and decisions.
