Job summary

CaptivateIQ seeks a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Global Support team. You will own complex customer issues across calculations, data modeling, integrations, and product functionality, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver lasting solutions.

You will mentor peers, identify recurring challenges, and work with Engineering and Product to drive improvements, while aligning with European or US business hours as part of a global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role working with B2B SaaS applications involving data modeling or complex calculations.
• Experience with data modeling, calculation logic, and configuring business rules.
• Strong Excel skills and data manipulation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in CaptivateIQ platform, data structures, and calculation capabilities to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Own and resolve complex customer issues requiring in-depth technical investigation and cross-team collaboration.
• Evaluate customer data models, calculation logic, and data flows to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
• Clearly communicate issues, progress, and resolutions to customers and internal teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to identify recurring issues and drive improvements.
• Lead or contribute to initiatives that improve support processes, tools, and internal documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and maintain system uptime.
