CaptivateIQ is a fast-growing sales performance platform. We seek a senior implementation consultant to lead customer projects from requirements gathering through go-live in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will own timelines, configure system designs, serve as the primary client contact, and help customers optimize sales compensation structures, using your data modeling and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.

Qualificações

• 6+ years consulting/implementation experience with project leadership.
• Strong data modeling, spreadsheet, and relational data skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle implementations and configure system designs.
• Serve as primary client contact and handoff to Customer Success.
• Become an expert in sales commission structures.
