Job summary

CaptivateIQ seeks a seasoned Professional Services Architect to own end-to-end design and modeling of complex compensation implementations for enterprise clients. You will translate intricate plan designs into scalable, high-performance configurations and serve as the technical SME across Finance, Sales Ops, RevOps, and product teams.

You will lead architecture and solution design, set quality standards, and mentor junior consultants while partnering with Engineering and Product to shape roadmap

Qualifications

• 6+ years total experience, with 4+ years designing and modeling complex incentive plans.
• Expert-level Excel modeling for large datasets with data-hygiene focus.
• Proven SaaS implementation leadership in PS, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and advise on technical/business tradeoffs.
• Deep understanding of implementation lifecycle, solution architecture, and best practices.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, customer-obsessed; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Willingness to adopt AI-driven tooling to improve modeling efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise implementations (discovery through launch).
• Architect scalable, high-performance compensation models with strong data hygiene.
• Translate complex plan designs into structured, repeatable system configurations and patterns.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for internal teams and partners.
• Set quality standards by contributing templates, QA checklists, and model best practices.
• Serve as the technical SME with Finance, Sales Ops, RevOps, and cross-functional customer teams.
• Guide customers through trade-offs, edge cases, and best practices in compensation architecture.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface patterns, influence roadmap priorities, and resolve platform gaps.
• Mentor and guide consultants to uplift technical and consultative excellence across the team.
