CaptivateIQ is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead client-facing, end-to-end implementations of sales compensation solutions. You’ll design configurations, manage timelines, and coordinate with product, success, and sales teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

You will leverage 6+ years in consulting or implementation, with strong data modeling and Excel skills, to deliver high-impact configurations and trusted outcomes for customers.

• Background in sales compensation and consulting practice.
• 6+ years of experience as a consultant or implementation professional.
• Strong data modeling and Excel-like skills.
• Excellent time management across multiple engagements.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving instincts.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle CaptivateIQ implementations from requirements to go-live.
• Design system configurations to maximize modeling efficiency.
• Own project timelines and align with customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary client-facing contact throughout the engagement.
• Scope new implementations or post-implementation services as needed.
• Lead the handoff to Customer Success at go-live for a smooth transition.
• Become an expert in CaptivateIQ and sales-commission structures.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales.
• Identify and elevate project or account risks before they impact timelines.
• Maintain billable utilization while balancing active work and team initiatives.
• Define and adopt team best practices to raise delivery quality.
