Goodwin Recruiting is securing a Head of Sales for a hospitality SaaS company. This executive will own the sales strategy and drive a scalable revenue engine across mid‑market and enterprise segments.

Leading a team, you will push aggressive ARR growth, shape the GTM strategy, and influence long‑term direction. The role is remote for designated states and offers executive compensation and equity potential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales experience.
• 5+ years in senior sales leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Experience selling tech into hospitality markets (restaurants, hotels, bars).
• Proven ARR growth from ~$10M to $50M+.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ sales professionals.
• Own revenue targets, bookings, forecasting and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales strategy and build a scalable revenue engine.
• Oversee the sales organization across mid-market and enterprise.
• Drive aggressive revenue growth and GTM execution.
• Present forecasts and performance to executives and board.
