Job summary

Tenna seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to support our Sales Team through product demonstrations and negotiations. You will be the SME for Tenna's platform, tailoring demos, answering technical questions, and maintaining demo environments to spec.

You’ll train the Sales and Customer Success teams, collaborate with Engineering and Product, and travel up to 50% as needed. This full-time remote role requires relocation to IN/IL/PA or current residence in these states.

Qualifications

5+ years in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
5+ years of technical SaaS support experience.
Experience in construction technology is a plus.
Experience in a technical, production-driven environment.
Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with Salesforce/HubSpot or similar programs preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Provide technical sales support across the full sales cycle, including product demos.
Answer customer questions and clearly convey platform capabilities.
Build and maintain software demonstration environments per specs.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product.
Lead internal platform training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
