Job summary

Tenna is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support our Sales Team, delivering product demonstrations, answering customer questions, and maintaining demonstration environments tailored to specifications. You will lead internal product training with Sales and Customer Success, staying updated on roadmap and new features while collaborating with Engineering and Product.

Role requires 5+ years in Sales Engineering or pre-sales in SaaS, plus travel up to 60% and willingness to relocate to

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales role.
5+ years’ experience providing technical support within a SaaS environment.
Experience in construction technology or construction industry is a plus.
Experience in a technical, production-driven environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
Answer prospective customer questions and convey platform capabilities accurately.
Builds and maintains software demonstration environments per specifications.
Use a consultative approach to understand and address customer pain points.
Collaborate with Customer Success to address technical support questions from existing customers.
