Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive program or project management experience.
• Experience managing complex programs in cloud or technology environments.
• Strong experience with program planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Demonstrated executive-level communication skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional special projects and strategic cloud programs.
• Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, budgets, and risk registers.
• Direct cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Provide executive-level communication and reporting.
• Manage scope changes and develop contingency plans.
• Establish governance, best practices, and standards.
• Conduct program post-mortems and drive continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales and strategic planning efforts.
