Crunchyroll, LLC seeks a Senior IT Engineer to administer and improve the SaaS platforms powering productivity, collaboration, identity, and employee access for roughly 2,000 users. You will manage Google Workspace, Slack, ChatGPT, Glean, Zoom, and coordinate with IAM, Security, IT Support, and Procurement to deliver secure, scalable services.

With 8+ years in Corporate IT or SaaS administration and deep Okta experience (SSO, MFA, provisioning), you will write automation scripts and own access

Qualifications

8+ years in Corporate IT or SaaS administration.
Hands-on Okta administration including SSO, MFA, provisioning.
Experience integrating SaaS apps with Okta (SAML/OIDC/SCIM).

Responsibilities

Administer and improve SaaS platforms powering productivity and identity for ~2,000 users.
Manage Google Workspace, Slack, ChatGPT, Glean, Zoom; coordinate with IAM, Security, IT Support, and Procurement.
Apply RBAC and least privilege; develop runbooks and automation; escalate as needed.
