Job summary

swoogo is seeking a senior IT support leader who owns end-to-end IT operations on a modern SaaS stack and builds AI-assisted workflows to resolve common requests automatically. You will blend hands-on systems administration, automation engineering, and empathetic employee support, with a strong judgment on when to automate versus involve a human.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving team. You’ll manage Google Workspace, Okta, 1Password, Slack, MDM platforms, and AI tooling, driving secure

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or systems roles with real ownership of the toolset.
• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, 1Password, and Slack.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf and/or Intune for Mac and Windows fleets.
• Proven track record building automation or self-serve tooling.
• Judgment to automate when appropriate and involve humans when needed.
• Strong writing and communication skills for personalizing automated interactions.
• Ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional problems with minimal hand-holding.

Responsibilities

• Own IT support across Google Workspace, Okta, 1Password, and Slack.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted support workflows with triage and routing.
• Administer AI tooling stack company-wide and monitor usage.
• Manage Mac and Windows endpoints via Jamf and Intune, including security baselines.
• Administer Google Groups, distro lists, and email hygiene; handle phishing reports.
• Automate onboarding and offboarding to enable day-one productivity.
• Partner with Security and Compliance on access reviews and incident triage.
