Job summary

Talener is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to own the health and integration of customer service platforms in an onsite Orlando setting. The role focuses on managing SaaS platforms, incident response, and driving integration projects with internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise SaaS or customer service tech environments, with REST/SOAP/webhooks/OAuth experience and strong troubleshooting skills. A CS degree is preferred and U.S.

Qualifications

5+ years managing enterprise SaaS platforms or customer service tech environments.
Experience integrating using REST APIs, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth.
Strong incident management and vendor coordination skills.
Experience with contact center / CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys, Five9, Twilio, Intercom).
Proficiency reading/modifying automation and integrations in Python or TypeScript.
Bachelor's degree in CS preferred; Master's a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the health, stability, and performance of customer service tech platforms (contact center, ticketing, messaging).
Manage production incidents from triage to resolution, including root cause analysis and vendor coordination.
Maintain customer service workflows, routing, integrations, and automation across SaaS platforms.
Design and support integrations between customer service apps, internal systems, and vendors via APIs and automation.
Serve as the technical resource for leadership, evaluating requests and platform enhancements.
Partner with vendors and teams to resolve issues and drive business outcomes.
