Job summary

Exiger is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to deliver world-class service to SaaS customers and internal teams. You will troubleshoot issues, engage with Product and Development, and support multiple channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

The role offers full-time remote or hybrid work options, with a schedule aligned to EST business hours. Strong communication, ownership, and ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of application support in a technical environment (startup/small team a plus).
• Experience with SAAS applications.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux OS, scripting Bash/Perl, Python, and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage projects with limited oversight.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Develop extensive knowledge of the product suite.
• Own projects and process-improvement initiatives from planning through completion.
• Balance reactive support with long-term priorities and deadlines.
• Improve support processes, documentation, automation, and team effectiveness.
• Provide end-user support via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate and validate new implementations/upgrades.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to leverage product knowledge.
