Job summary

DAT Freight Solutions is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own the tactical, per-TMS execution of the integrations roadmap for a defined set of TMS partners in Denver, CO or Seattle, WA.

You will work with the Senior PM, Integrations, and Implementation Managers to keep integration work moving, scoping and sequencing tasks while avoiding direct commercial negotiations. This role sits at a tactical execution level within a cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical delivery, integration, or platform work in a cross-functional environment.
• Technical fluency with integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, SFTP/legacy protocols) sufficient to scope work credibly with engineering.
• Strong prioritization and intake-management instincts for live multi-partner queues.
• Comfortable operating at a tactical project level without owning strategic relationships.
• Organized and process-minded with intake/tracking of TMS-related work.

Responsibilities

• Own the tactical roadmap for each TMS partner: scoping new integrations, building endpoints, and managing migrations.
• Manage intake for internal requests against assigned TMS partners: triage, timelines, prioritization.
• Serve as internal liaison to partner project/engineering teams for day-to-day execution.
• Surface patterns, risks, and partner asks to Senior PM and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Commercial Technical Support and Implementation Managers to move work in lockstep.
