Job summary

DAT Freight & Analytics in Seattle is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for how third-party systems connect to our ecosystem. You will define TMS integrations, shape our API strategy, and own the product from vision to working reality.

This high-visibility role collaborates with engineering, partners, and sales to ensure reliable integration, guide cross-functional roadmaps, and build a compelling business case for integration investments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of integration, platform, or API products in freight/logistics/B2B data environments.
• Fluency with integration patterns: REST APIs, webhooks, and tradeoffs between polling and event-driven approaches.
• Experience partnering with external vendors/partners on roadmaps and requirements.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and legacy complexity while modernizing systems.
• Strong cross-functional communication translating engineering, partnerships, and executive strategy needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the TMS integration roadmap and migrate from legacy SOAP/FTP.
• Own the API strategy, governance, tiering, monitoring, and access controls for DAT's APIs.
• Manage partner and vendor conversations on integration requirements and landscape.
• Coordinate across domain product teams and platform engineering to align roadmaps.
• Build the business case for integration investment and define done-criteria for reliability and time-to-integrate.
