Job summary

GovPilot is seeking an experienced Implementation professional to manage deployments of Hedgerow for local governments. You will guide projects from kickoff to go-live, configure the platform to match agency workflows, and train staff across agencies.

You will leverage your SQL, data-analysis, and AI tooling skills to accelerate documentation, reporting, and configuration, ensuring data integrity and successful launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience managing multiple customer implementations.
• Data handling and SQL proficiency.
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up analyses and configuration.
• Excellent communication skills translating tech concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in implementing Hedgerow for new customers from kickoff to go-live.
• Analyze customer business processes and map them to Hedgerow workflows.
• Configure Hedgerow to fit agency workflows, data and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of SaaS, cloud environments, and data management.
• Use Wrike, HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira or similar tools in implementation work.
• Create custom reports using Hedgerow's reporting tool and SQL procedures.
• Train customer teams (inspectors, admins, staff) on Hedgerow usage.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during setup and escalate to PM as needed.
• Leverage AI to accelerate documentation, data mapping, and configuration work.
• Document implementation processes and contribute to internal playbooks.
