Job summary

Euna Solutions in the Atlanta area seeks a Team Lead, Professional Services who blends people leadership with hands-on implementation management. You will oversee onboarding, gather requirements, and configure our SaaS products to meet client needs.

You will lead a project-focused team, collaborate with sales, product management, customer success, and support, ensure clear communications, manage risks, and help customers transition from implementation to adoption using best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years in a client-facing implementation role in SaaS.
Strong understanding of software implementation processes and best practices.
Experience managing a team.
Excellent communication and ability to lead workshops.
Technical aptitude to quickly learn new software and address challenges.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; high comfort with Excel.
Experience designing and documenting reports from relational databases (SSRS/Power BI) a plus.
Experience with CRM, ERP, GovTech implementations a plus.

Responsibilities

Onboard clients as the primary point of contact and guide kickoff meetings.
Lead project management activities with reliable communications and risk assessment.
Configure system settings, workflows, and integrations to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with sales, product management, customer success, and support.
Develop and deliver training, create implementation documentation, and user guides.
Identify and resolve implementation challenges; escalate as needed.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of implementation processes.
