Elsevier is seeking an Implementation Specialist to coordinate projects across cross-functional teams within Enterprise Accounts. You will interface with Customer Success, Curriculum Solutions, Product, Sales and IT to ensure effective communication and successful outcomes, while helping enhance PM processes and roadmaps.

The role focuses on delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment, aligning deliverables with strategy and improving operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with health information systems or equivalent tech experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with project planning tools and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor multiple complex projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, IT and Support to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Manage project delivery within defined goals, balancing time, quality and resources.
• Facilitate meetings to gather input, align expectations and drive decisions.
• Track milestones, deliverables and KPIs to report progress and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs and documentation to mitigate risks.
