Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing SaaS implementation projects with high complexity and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and execute strategy for high-complexity SaaS implementations.
• Oversee multiple customer implementations ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, product, and customer teams to define technical scopes.
• Lead risk management and proactively resolve high-impact project issues.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and tools.
• Provide strategic insights to customers and internal teams to align with business objectives.
• Mentor and lead project owners and team members to improve execution efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated customer issues and strategic discussions.
