Base pay range

$95.00/hr - $105.00/hr

We're looking for a strong senior level Project / Program Manager who excels in delivery excellence & leadership for enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, forecasting, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
• Build trusted customer relationships and drive delivery excellence.
• Work across PMO, Product, Engineering, Cloud Ops, and Support to ensure unified delivery.
• Contribute to PMO process improvement, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years managing complex enterprise software implementations (SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong consulting-style project management experience supporting multiple clients.
• Experience with highly configurable software and complex multi-team integrations.
• Life sciences / Pharma experience or SFDC knowledge is helpful but not required.
