Job summary

Front, the customer operations platform, is hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager / Senior Implementation Manager in the US. You will lead Front’s most complex customer implementations across onboarding, expansion, workflow transformation, migration, and adoption of new capabilities.

You will be the customer’s primary implementation partner, translate processes into scalable Front workflows, establish the project operating model, drive change and enablement, and partner with cross-functional

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading customer-facing SaaS implementations.
Experience owning complex implementations from discovery to sustained adoption.
Strong consultative and systems-thinking skills to diagnose problems.

Responsibilities

Own complex, multi-workstream implementation engagements from discovery to value realization.
Lead discovery workshops to uncover goals, gaps, and success criteria.
Define scope, governance, risks, and executive updates across engagements.
Guide solution design including data flows, migrations, and APIs.
Drive change management and enablement for adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journey.
