Job summary

Front is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager / Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex customer implementations within the Success Services team in the US. You will own multi-workstream engagements, drive adoption, and partner with cross-functional teams to realize measurable value.

You will guide solution design across integrations, data flows, migrations, and Front’s AI features, while coaching teams and improving playbooks for scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading customer-facing SaaS implementations or complex programs.
• Proven ability to own complex implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and systems-thinking skills.
• Excellent project leadership, scope, timeline, and risk management.
• Change-management experience including enablement and cutover.
• Fluent with integrations, data flows, APIs, and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-workstream implementation engagements from discovery through launch.
• Advise on future-state workflows, governance, and change—not just requirements.
• Build and drive project plans, risk registers, and executive updates.
• Lead discovery workshops to uncover goals, gaps, and success criteria.
• Guide design involving permissions, integrations, migrations, APIs, and Front AI features.
• Lead change management, enablement, and adoption strategies.
• Navigate escalations and align customers with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, PM, Eng, and Support to improve journeys.
• Turn recurring needs into reusable assets and delivery playbooks.
• Mentor teams and contribute to strategic initiatives.
