Job summary
Resource Innovations is seeking a Sr. Software Implementation Configuration Lead to join our growing Software Implementation team.
In this role, you will lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality software solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS implementations, client consulting, and solution configuration, with hands‑on experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS in a client-facing role.
- Hands-on experience configuring SaaS applications, including workflows, forms, UI, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, authentication, UAT, deployments, and post-production support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions for utilities.
- Partner with clients to gather requirements, run workshops, validate solutions.
- Configure features, workflows, and UI using JavaScript, HTML/CSS to meet needs.
- Develop functional specs, designs, process flows, and configuration docs.
- Design system integrations, APIs, ETL processes, data mapping, and authentication.
- Plan testing, UAT, deployments, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Product/Dev teams for fixes.
- Mentor consultants and provide technical leadership on complex engagements.
