Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Sr. Software Implementation Configuration Lead to join our growing team.

You will lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions for utilities, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in SaaS implementations, strong client consulting skills, and hands-on configuration experience including workflows, UI, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms in a client-facing role.
• Hands-on experience configuring SaaS applications, including workflows, forms, user interfaces, reports, dashboards, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and business process automation.
• Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, authentication, UAT, deployments, and post-production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience in utilities/clean energy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions for utilities.
• Partner with clients to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, validate solutions, and guide decisions.
• Configure features, workflows, rules, UIs, and client-specific functionality using low-code/medium code configurations, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop specifications, designs, process flows, and documentation for implementations.
• Lead integrations, APIs, ETL processes, data mapping, authentication, and reporting with client technical teams.
• Plan and execute configuration, testing (UAT), deployments, and production releases.
• Troubleshoot issues; collaborate with Product and Development to resolve challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, usability, and efficiency.
• Provide post-launch support and ongoing solution advisory services.
• Mentor implementation consultants and provide technical leadership.
