Rippling, based in San Francisco, is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide customers through adopting Rippling’s suite of HR, payroll, benefits, and IT products. You will consult with clients to understand objectives and tailor product deployments to their business needs.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project management, proactive adoption strategies, and close collaboration with Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Competenze

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Implementation and/or Customer Experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
• Proven project management experience, delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a strong customer focus.

Mansioni

• Partner one-on-one with clients to develop custom plans and implement Rippling products across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT platform, and other products.
• Proactively manage the implementation process end-to-end, aligning on timelines and goals.
• Drive adoption by providing guidance, best practices, and insights to maximize platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support for smooth hand-offs.
• Work with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and advocate for improvements.
• Help develop processes and best practices with internal teams to improve efficiency and success.
