Areti Group is hiring 2x SaaS Deployment / Implementation Specialists to lead customer onboarding, implementation projects, training and platform adoption for a global SaaS platform. The roles are remote within the United States and full-time, with strong growth potential as the company expands across North America and EMEA.

You'll work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Operations, owning end-to-end deployments, coordinating kick-offs, go-lives and adoption, and delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within SaaS implementations, onboarding, deployment, customer success, project management or professional services.
• Experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects.
• Experience working with enterprise customers across North America, the UK or EMEA.
• Experience delivering virtual training and stakeholder workshops.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within HR technology, workforce technology, employee benefits, payroll software or enterprise SaaS would be advantageous.
• Experience within a start-up or high-growth technology environment is highly desirable.
• Global benefits knowledge is desirable (U.S. benefits knowledge is adequate).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise customers.
• Lead kick-offs, timelines, requirements, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate customer setup, configuration, data collection and platform readiness.
• Drive projects from signed contract through to successful go-live.
• Deliver virtual training sessions to end users and key stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, change management and user adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage multiple implementations while identifying and resolving risks and blockers.
• Gather customer feedback to improve onboarding and deployment processes.
• Contribute to implementation playbooks, templates and best practices.
• Track onboarding KPIs and help build scalable processes for continued growth.
