Job summary

Areti Group | Climate Positive Tech Recruitment is seeking 2x SaaS Implementation Specialists for remote US deployment. You will lead end-to-end onboarding and complex international implementations for enterprise clients, coordinating across North America, UK and EMEA.

This client-facing role requires deep experience in global benefits platforms and multi-country delivery. You will drive workshops, configure solutions, manage timelines and deliverables while maintaining strong stakeholder

Areti Group is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS organisation that has successfully secured Series A funding and is entering an exciting phase of international expansion.

The business has developed a market-leading platform used by enterprise organisations across North America, the UK and EMEA, and is now hiring 2x experienced SaaS Implementation Specialists to lead complex customer deployments and onboarding programmes.

This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth, taking ownership of enterprise implementations while helping shape a global delivery function.

Why This Role?

As part of the growing implementation team, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of complex international implementations, working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to ensure programmes are accurately configured, validated and successfully launched.

The role combines SaaS implementation, global benefits expertise, project delivery, stakeholder management and solution configuration, taking customers from initial kick-off through to go-live.

You'll typically manage 3–4 enterprise customer deployments simultaneously, balancing multiple timelines, stakeholders, requirements and delivery priorities.

This is a highly client-facing role, requiring experienced professionals who can build trusted relationships, lead workshops, understand complex requirements and confidently guide customers through the implementation journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation programmes for enterprise customers.

• Drive implementations through to successful go-live and handover.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders across North America, UK and EMEA.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues and competing priorities.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to implementation playbooks, processes and continuous improvement.

We're Interested in Speaking With People Who Have

• 10+ years' experience in a SaaS implementation, deployment, onboarding or professional services role.
• Strong global employee benefits experience — this is a must-have!
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering global or multi-country programmes across North America, UK and/or EMEA.
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, data validation, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, training and implementation reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable taking ownership of customer outcomes from kick-off through to go-live.
• Experience within global benefits technology, employee benefits platforms, HR technology, workforce technology or related SaaS environments
• Experience within a high-growth or scaling SaaS organisation.
• Experience improving implementation methodologies, playbooks and delivery frameworks.
