Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency focused on measurable outcomes for SaaS brands. The Demand Generation Manager role involves directly working with up to seven accounts, driving performance marketing, and interfacing with clients to pitch strategy and exceed results.

The ideal candidate is a strong T-shaped marketer with deep SaaS expertise across Paid, SEO, and CRO, plus outstanding communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience.
• 2+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Strong strategic and execution capabilities.
• Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, including AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the SMB client accounts across channels.
• Manage client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy.
• Project manage and organize your accounts.
• Build relationships with your points of contact.
• Deep technical knowledge of Strategy, Paid Media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies.
• Strong SaaS background preferred.
• Creative marketer with a results-driven mindset.
