Job summary

ApartmentIQ is seeking an experienced and hands-on Controller to lead and scale the accounting function at our high-growth SaaS company. Reporting to the CFO, you will own financial reporting, month-end close, audits, compliance, and accounting operations while partnering with executive leadership to support strategic growth.

You’ll build scalable processes, implement modern financial tools, and mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA are required.
• 8-10+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years in a management role; strong GAAP knowledge and ASC 606.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant statements and board materials.
• Lead audits and maintain internal controls.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and treasury activities.
