Job summary

ApartmentIQ, located in Madison, Wisconsin, is looking for an experienced Controller to lead their accounting function. As a fully remote company, you will own financial reporting, month-end close, and collaborate closely with the CFO and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a management role.
• Experience leading audits and implementing internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Lead annual financial statement audits.
