Marigold Group, Inc. in Nashville seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a practical, business-minded legal partner to cross-functional teams. You will lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of complex customer-facing revenue agreements and buy-side vendor agreements for a global software business.

This senior role requires governance over risk while maintaining protections, and requires collaboration with Sales, Finance, Security, Privacy, Product, and more. Hybrid?

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial in-house contracting.
• Experience negotiating sophisticated customer and vendor agreements with privacy/security terms.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of customer-facing and vendor agreements.
• Partner with Sales/Revenue Ops to support high-value transactions and risk guidance.
• Advise on vendor risk, data use, IP, confidentiality, security, and termination rights.
• Own commercial matters from intake to execution with limited supervision.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and clause libraries to improve processes.
• Improve intake practices to reduce cycle time and strengthen Legal-to-business partnership.
