Job summary

ServiceTitan seeks a Commercial Counsel to support rapid growth by negotiating and finalizing SaaS contracts with our largest customers. You will partner with the sales team and work closely with the Global Legal Team, handling privacy and information security terms as part of complex agreements.

The role is remote with a frontline business focus, reporting to Senior Commercial Counsel and collaborating across departments on deal structure, templates, and risk management.

Qualifications

Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.
Ability to provide practical business advice to sales and leadership.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and close SaaS sales agreements with major customers.
Draft and review complex SaaS contracts including privacy and security terms.
Advise sales, deal desks, and finance on contract structure and risk.
Collaborate with the legal team to improve templates, playbooks, and workflows.
Support partnerships, vendor agreements, and IP licensing where relevant.
